From the Terms of Use
- Customers must submit accurate customs declarations including item description, quantity, and declared value. Any issues caused by inaccurate declarations are the responsibility of the customer.
- Global SH is not responsible for issues related to items that are restricted or prohibited for international shipping.
- If a prohibited or restricted item is discovered and returned after being handed over to the carrier, Global SH is not responsible for related expenses. If the customer notified Global SH in advance and the item was not removed before shipment, Global SH will cover the domestic return shipping cost.
- Accounts attempting to ship illegal or prohibited items may be suspended or permanently terminated.
