What is my Korean warehouse address used for?
It lets you receive orders from any Korean store at our warehouse. Once your items arrive, they can be stored, inspected, combined and prepared for international shipping whenever you are ready.
Is there a membership fee?
No. Signing up and receiving your Korean warehouse address is free. You only pay for the services you use, such as shipping, proxy purchase or optional packing.
How long can I store packages for free?
60 days. After that, storage is KRW 30,000 per month so you have time to collect orders and ship them together.
Can I send packages from Bunjang or X sellers?
Yes. We receive parcels from individual sellers too. For Bantaek (convenience-store delivery) our team picks up the parcel for KRW 1,000.
