When a parcel arrives
- Arrival photos and weight are uploaded within 1–2 business days. Parcel arrivals, updates and requests are notified by email.
- Free envelope opening for mail is available on request. Request a photo within 3 days of receiving the arrival photo.
- The warehouse carries out regular pest control. CCTV covers receiving and packing to check mistakes and prevent theft.
From checkout to your door
- Create an account and obtain a Korean address. Include your registered nickname or suite number on every order.
- Register incoming parcels with the domestic tracking number and product details when possible.
- Check the arrival photo and weight, then select the parcels to ship.
- Choose consolidation and any packing options. The packed weight determines the shipping estimate.
- Pay the shipping fee. The shipment and its tracking number appear in your account.
Storage
60 days of storage are free. The Warehouse page lists KRW 1,000 per parcel per day after that period, and a Monthly Extension Pass at KRW 30,000 for 30 days. The Service Price page lists KRW 30,000 per month. These are distinct published descriptions; the applicable extension must be confirmed before payment.
