The published tier labels use “Over”. Meeting either the shipment or spending condition qualifies. Tiers are recalculated on January 1 and July 1 using performance in the previous six months.
What earns rewards
Rewards are calculated from the international shipping and consolidation fees in the shipping estimate. Domestic delivery is not eligible. Your tier is shown under Account → My Tier.
SH Cash and SH Reward are not the same
- SH Cash is service credit. The Terms of Use say it expires 5 years after issue and deposited SH Cash is non-refundable.
- SH Reward is promotional or loyalty service credit. The Terms of Use say it expires 1 year after issue and cannot be withdrawn, transferred or refunded except where required by law.
- Shipping-related SH Reward is granted only for shipments completed within 7 days of the estimate date.
- The older Loyalty page calls rewards SH Cash and describes 5-year expiry. This demo retains both published descriptions rather than treating all credit as the same balance.
