When to use EZ Order
Use EZ Order when a Korean store refuses foreign cards, requires Korean identification, or limits purchases to domestic customers. It also supports personal transactions on Bunjang and X.
What is covered
- Web checkout at Korean online stores.
- Fan-sign, fan-call, video-call and lucky-draw event entries in your name.
- Personal trading, including Bunjang and Poca Market.
- All Care issue handling and verification photos when the option is selected.
Request → quote → purchase
- Choose a request type and submit the product URL.
- Check the quotation and pay for EZ Order.
- Global SH orders the item. Once payment is confirmed, orders are normally placed within 1 business day.
- Check arrival details and any requested verification photos.
- Request international shipping and pay the final shipping invoice.

Without All Care, seller contact and CCTV checks are KRW 10,000 each and verification photos are KRW 2,000 per parcel. If a Bunjang purchase fails due to sold-out stock, the pricing page says the product price plus KRW 3,000 service fee is refunded, excluding seller-contact fees. The Terms of Use describe failed purchase payments as account credit; confirm the applicable refund before paying.

9 a.m.–11 p.m. Korea time. Replies may be delayed after 6 p.m. Weekend operation is available, but responses may take longer.
